Ok so was getting a 0401 code. I would clear it and it would come back. Last weekend I deleted the EGR. I had my tuner send me a new tune . Cleared my 0401 code and then re flashed my car with the new tune using ECU Flash. So I start my car drive it around no code drives fine. As soon as I shut it off and restart it I get a code. 0403 another EGR code. But my EGR is deleted in the tune.

Am I doing something wrong? Any thoughts?

 

if you post your tune here im sure someone can tell you if it was turned off properly, seems like something was missed when it was deleted out of your tune. its fairly easy to do yourself actually, a bunch of threads that could help to see if something was missed or not: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/se...rchid=18257984

 

If you're using ECUFlash, you can turn any EGR plus other CELs completely off in the many "Periphery Bits" options. It's show which codes you're turning off as well.
