Rough idle occurs after warm up

i had a p0401 insufficient egr flow so i went ahead and check the hoses. everything is connected so i took out the egr valve and cleaned it... the valve doesnt get stuck. i put everything back and cleared the code. the problem still exist.

the cold start is fine until 15min later the idle goes rough. engine rpm stays at 900rpm steadily but i can feel in the car go plahplahplahplahplah... feels like i have cams on it but i dont. the vacuum decreased on the boost gauge during the rough idle. i have checked the hoses, cleaned egr valve, throttle body and checked pcv valve.

my car have 72k miles on it. i have searched countless rough idle threads but they all say to check the hoses.

should i replace the egr valve?

do a boost leak test to make sure theres no leaks.. also block the EGR with STM block off plate. screw the EGR. All that emission crap can be thrown in the garbage.

The biss screw on the tb may need turned alittle also, weather will change the characteristics of the vehicle.
