Rough idle

When i start my car it will idle fine until it warms up and then the it will sart to idle rough/sputter. If you rev it up alittle it might smooth out for a bit or it might not. i'v been having this prob for about 2 months now. The code that i pulled is p0300 random/multiple cylinder misfire detected. When i drive it, it seems to drive and boost fine and there is no lose in power also no knocking or pinging. What i'v done so far is replaced plugs, wires and coils, maf sensor,o2 sensor only because i was getting a code for that also because of damage when i installed turbo, checked egr valve operating prop, did a compression test which they all read around 185 to 190,pcv valve, checked for vac leaks. Also when iturn on the headlights or anything that migh draw alittle power the fuel pump will change pitch for a second and the car will idle better most of the time. Also when it starts to idle rough the boost gauge vac will go from 20 to 15hg? Any new sugg would be appreciated.Thanks.

take your spark plugs out and look at the crush washers. if there's dirt there, wipe them off. now look down the hole where the spark plug goes. if theres dirt where the spark plug seats, scratch them off with a long thin stick thing. i used a bbq skewer. then disconnect the crank sensor or spark coils and crank the engine a few times to get the dirt out of the cylinder and the shaft. repeat for each cylinder.

leaks at the injector o-rings? bad alternator, battery? bad chassis ground? sounds like something that needs to be diagnosed up front.

when i installed my intercooler a couple of months ago i took the ground that leads from the frame to the cam gear cover off so i could get a the last bolt from the header easier and when i put it back on i forgot which of the 4 bolts it went on and how. Anyone got a good close up pic or could run out and check theres. Thanks.
