Ok guys need a little help here. I recently bought an evo 8 as a weekend/track car. The car was purchased for cheap as it was not running... So I've got everything back into shape and at the same time installed a bunch of parts. including a gt3076r, tial bov and wastegate, intercooler, exhaust, as well as a speed density conversion and some 1450cc injectors.

I am running E85. Right now I'm in the process of tuning it. I am working with Jester tuning on an email flash.

My issue is right around 2k rpms the car seems to sputter, maybe misfire when I dip into the throttle. Just kind of falls on its face and doesn't want to accelerate very well. Once I get into boost or go above 50-60% throttle it seems to disappear.

Any thoughts? The tune isn't perfect yet, could that be my problem? Maybe a coil pack is going out? Also the battery is mounted in the trunk could I not be grounded very good?

ANY and ALL ideas will be greatly appreciated.

When the car warms up for a few minutes.. It doesn't seem to miss/sputter as much.
