Lightbulb To idle or not to idle.. that is the?

I was just wondering if it is necessary to even idle ur car after you have driven it. I mean, i hear ppl saying that its not necessary due to synthetic oil and other new advancements in turbo charges and things like that. But... if it is necessary to idle it, about how long is adequate. Yes, i kno there r TT's but.. i have no desire to get one becuase u can not park the car in gear.. which is a potential disaster waiting to happen... thx for the responses

Hi,

There are a number threads on this topic. Check out this one which has some exellent points. And I'm in the "you don't need a turbo timer" camp.
