Transmission leak problem

Ok so long story short I'm having a problem with my transmission leaking all of its fluid into the transfer case which then leaks it out of the passenger side axle seal. I'm going to have to tear down the transfer case to get at the seal that i think is the culprit (#30146 in the picture with red arrow pointing at it). I just wanted to hear from the transmission/transfer case gurus on if that is the seal I need to replace or if there is another seal that would cause this problem. I've already replaced the passenger axle seal and I have the o-ring for the transfer case to transmission joint that I'll throw in just to make sure but I want to order all of the parts at the same time and do it all at once instead of having to take this off a second time. So any input is appreciated, thank you.

Do you see those 2 o-rings (30289s and 30289p) beside the axle seal you are pointing to? Those are probably to blame, but it might be the axle seal too. I've taken my transmission down twice, and replaced both of those each time just to be safe. No leaks so far, and the last time I took the tranny off will be a year in ago this Nov.

Ok I'll make sure to replace those as well while I got it down
