Stutters a bit

Ok, so Saturday I pressure washed under the hood because I had some oil leaks and wanted to get things cleaned up a bit. All was going well and the car ran fine home, that night, and the next day. Monday morning, went to work, no issues. That afternoon left and went to get my son, he loves the car and wants to go fast, so lets boost it up he says. No prob, except when approaching peak boost (24psi) she started to stutter a little bit. Kept doing it in every gear. Hadn't done this before at all. I've only had the car for a little over a month now with no issues. Drove it into work today, still did it, got a little worse and was real bad in 5th gear cruising around 50 then get in it, and she would stutter and bog like she has no fuel or is missing. No codes and the AF was around 13 when this happened in 5th gear. Then 2 stop lights later, bam, cleared up and seems to be running fine in all gears. AF drops to 10.5 to 11 under full boost. I'm still waiting on the previous owner to email the parts list of the head work he had done at a shop in Fayetteville when he had the car. I know he said he had, cams, valves, springs, arp head studs, fmic, and a tune set to 24 psi done on it. I have the dyno sheet, just not the build sheet. Any ideas?

Nah, figured it out the other day. When I pressure washed the engine, some water leaked past number 2 cylinder coil pack boot and had water up over the plug. Kept giving me a misfire under hard load, just wouldnt set a light. Cleaned all the water out and checked plug gap and cleaned them, runs great again. Stupid oversight, just didn't even realize it had happened. Previous owner installed the toyota coil packs and theyre all bolted to a plate that covers the valve cover area between the cams, so I couldnt see what happened. All good though.
