best clutch for >700$

I have an Evo 8 and after my Ef3 turbo and tune i should be around 450-500whp.
I am still somehow on my stock clutch. My car has 33k on it. I do have 2 step tuned in.
My car is not a daily driver. 3-4 times a week driven. It is mainly a street car with some drag racing on the quarter strip. I ask being on a budget of 700$ what are some opinions for a clutch for that whp, use and price?
Thank u

You may want to take out the part "racing on the street" before this get closed.
Comp stage 2 looks good for the price!

Ya but do u have to run a specific flywheel for the comp stg 2? Its fine if u do cause for 338$ u cant beat the price.

Some people may disagree with me but I've ran an ACT unsprung 6 puck clutch & fidanza flywheel for 4 yrs/42k+ miles. Unsprung clutch took a little bit to get used to but I can drive it almost as smooth as the stock clutch. It makes a little noise now & then, no big deal. I had lock out issues with it once, first time I ever went to the track, but I can't blame the clutch for that. After that I never had lock out issues again. My 2 step has been between 6000-6300 for the past 4 yrs+ & the clutch launches hard. I've also shifted the car as high as 8300 rpms, on my stock block, & had no issues. I would suggest an ACT sprung 6 puck clutch if I were to do it again.

> means greater than, so according to your thread title you're looking for a clutch that costs more than $700 (you should also note the dollar sign goes before the numerical value).

Really dude??? I thought this was en evo forum not a grammar class. Ill be sure to correct these insanely terrible mistakes in the future. But in my defense im typing this on my android. Not all of us have the luxury of spending time on car forums in front of a desktop pointing out errors in grammar. Thanx for the off topic lesson.

I think the moderator has a point. Tons and tons of searches get run against this forum. Word something funny and the search engine goes dumb when you are trying to regain that great post you saw last month. Maybe somebody else will be looking for a $700 clutch.
