You should be around 11.1-11.3 at full boost

First check for boost leaks, that will be the only way to fix it with out a tune. If no leaks, then tune. If some leaks, and it rasies a bit, a tune will bring it the rest of the way back once you have no air leaks.

That's way rich you'll foul out your plugs or wash down your cylinders if its consistently doin it in the 9s 10.0 to 11.0 is somewhat on the rich side but still safe. And considering ambient temps droppin everywhere for winter I would have your tuner look into it, either boost leak like someone mentioned or possibly a leaky injector. Now do u have a wideband or are u datalogging it.....

I would say it is a boost leak. Boost leaks cause the car to run very rich if previously tuned.

Could be a boost leak, or you need a tune or better tune. Either way I would retune it you dont want to mess up your motor.

You are running too lean. It has to be no less than 11 at full boost.

e85 needs to be around 12 and pump gas between 11.0-11.8

You are running very lean! It should not read under 11 at full boost. Turn down the boost to rich out the mixture a bit.

He is running afrs 9-10 which is rich. Low to mid 11 are usually fine.
Higher afrs are leaner, lower afrs are richer.
