450-500awhp opinions

So my goal is to hit 450-500awhp on 91 pump gas safely without blowing anything. Car currently has 67k miles, 06 mr. I will be doing a tune up on the car in about 2 weeks. In a couple of I am planning on upgrading to an atp gt3071r. I currently do not know how much power I am putting down on my setup right now because I havent got a tune yet. List of items I want to purchase and a list of my current mods are below. Any advice opinions will be taken into consideration. Let me know what i should also watch out for while trying to achieve these numbers. Thank you!

Upgrading in 2 weeks:
HKS cam gears
s2 cams
beehive vavles
arp head studs
gates timing and balance shaft belts
fic 1050 injectors (not sure if this is good enough to get me my goal)
Ngk sparkplugs (not sure which one to get, so i need some opinions here, part number will be helpful)
boost controller (any specific repuatable brand?)
retainers? (if that is needed)

currently on the car:
ams full turboback exhaust
arc intake
ams fmic w/licp
walbro 255 fuel pump
hks ssqv bov

I think you will need a larger turbo than a 3071 to hit 450-500whp on pump 91. Do you have any access to E85?

You don't need cam gears for and Evo 9.

Do you want to run a manual boost controller or do you want ecu controlled boost?

MBC- hallman, EBC- Grimmspeed

Most questions are answered and are on the money. Link above.

You don't need the hks cam gears...sell them or do not purchase, save your money and get the L19 head studs.

GCS s2 cams are great!

kiggly beehive, titainium ret, and gsc zero tick lifters. Your choice for valves...I would replace rocker arms and do a kiggly hla if your going that far into the head.

You need to seriously upgrade your clutch first. 500awhp goals are pushing close to 600hp at the crank. I would invest in getting tcase and tranny upgraded/gone through save yourself a headache down the road.

Your turbo won't cut it ethier. It will be maxed out and increase chances for problems...35 or bigger I would say.

Plugs bpr8es can't go wrong.

hallman mbc easiest route.

You still have lots of bottle necks, but you would be pretty close. The throttle body, intake mani plus piping/intercooler to include your exhaust mani would all need to be addressed.

Yeah i agree i highly doubt you will make 500 with a 3071. Unless like the other guy said get it tuned on e85. That would be your best bet and it is an awesome turbo too especially on e85.

Ok we'll I guess I should aim for a more realistic goal, 450awhp. The only reason why I'm going for the 3071 is because I can get a brand new kit for about 1.7. For the clutch, which clutch should I look into? Also for tcase and tranny what should I do to upgrade it? I haven't been looking into upgrading those. For boost controller what's the difference between the ebc and mbc beside the obvious that one is electronic an the other is manual?

You can get close to 450 with that turbo I believe, but it might be easier and about the same amount with an FP Red or Black. Or the Cheaper route might be MAP EF3. Thats a decent pump gas turbo from what Ive read. You don't need the cam gears.
Mods that would help:
O2 housing or dump. MAP has a good valued one.
Ported exhuast and intake mani. - send them in to someone. Lots of companies all do that.
Manual boost controller is cheap and easier to tune. Hallman mbc.
Like posted above your tranny for sure will have problems becasue you have the 6 spd right? Those don't handle much over 400 unless you drive super easy. Look at Shepard tranny rebuilds.
Thats a start.

yea i got the 6 speed. which hallman mbc should i get? theres a couple of them. Im assuming my new list should be gsc s2 cams, beehive/gsc vavles/retainer, timing belt kit, gsc zero tick lifter, 02 housing/dump (maybe), clutch(unsure which one at the moment), and i guess porting the exhaust and intake manifold. As for e85 theres no way for me to get access to it. Closes e85 pump is 30-35miles away from me and i dont usually head towards that side.

Hallman pro MBC. There is another one but it just has an in cab controller which most people don't really need.
I would put a wideband O2 sensor on your list so you can monitor air fuel ratios. Peace of mind.

FP Red, s2's, 1050's or higher, full bolt on's and a tune. Done. And don't use bpr8es plugs. Evo 9's use different plugs than evo 8's.

Most moderately modded evo 9's run the $40 plugs unfortunately. Perks of having MIVEC
