Guys, I have evo 9 with 2.0l engine and 3071 GTX ATP turbo bolted to stock manifold.

At the moment I am building new engine 2.4L long rod and I am thinking to change my manifold and housing for my turbo.

The question is what housing should I use for best spool ? T3 twin / T4 twin or Tial and what AR should I go for.

As I understand if I go for T3 twin and small 0.82 AR i get best spool, but how many HP would I loose comparing to Tial or T4 Twin with 1.06 Ar housing.

Is it worth going for T4 housing and 1.06 ar or is it better to change to 3076 GTX and smaller AR ?

 

go to the 76. The 71 will be easily outgunned with the 2.4 displacement.
