Higher compression in 1 cylinder?

Hey guys im looking at an evo I want to buy but have ran into something that seems kind of strange. The owner sent me compression videos of the car and all cylinders checked out at 160 psi except cylinder 4 which showed 170 psi. Any idea why this would be? The motor is built with about 5k miles on it. I was thinking carbon buildup but would that actually cause a 10psi variation? Any input is greatly appreciated!

10 psi is not enough to even worry about.

It could be that the cylinder head is a couple cc smaller.

As long as they are all within 10% all is good.

Like bogusSVO said absolutely nothing to be worried about 160 & 170psi is a healthy motor!
