Over the weekend I was driving home, average speed, and I hear a sound from underneath that sounds like I am bulling a "trash bag" underneeth the car, which is by the way drive train noise, I didn't make much of it, thinking it would go away, I drove it on sunday, same thing noise almost clicking or bad bearing I don't know between 15-50 mph. I also noticed that when I down shift from third to second it grinds "BAD, and loud" and it wouldn't go in second regard less....... it is at the dealer with only 8k miles on it..

... any one can advise what can I tell the dealer to look for, and how can I watch out so that they wouldn't push me around.
