AMS Balance Shaft ISSUES!!

First time poster. I use this site alot and can usually find the answers to my questions, however im stuck in a huge rut right now. Back story first i guess... I bought my evo in martch of this year from a dealer.. I looked up thier reviews and they were 4 to 5 stars.. So i went with them compaired to reviews on other dealers. Well a week later the engine blew and i had it rebuilt, found out it wasnt just a gasket and engine blew again 1 week after completion, So built again with all new parts rods bearings etc... Car had an aftermarket balance shaft so i re-used it. Car failded to get proper oil recurculation oil pump siezed... Got new oil pump and decided to use the AMS BS kit. The bearings dont fit... looks like the hole was ported .10" and now im stuck... by the way i am sueing the dealership because they employ a guy to do nothing except right reviews and ive found this dealer to be shady and underhanded just to sell EVO's, WRX's and STI's...however the car needs to be running and paid in full so the quicker i can find the PROPPER solution the better, any help would be NICE, thanks guys.
