GSR Rear Diff into MR

Will it be okay to do this? Are the final drive ratios different or something that causes a problem? The reason I want to do this is because I have a Cusco diff in mine that I want to swap in. It'll be the entire pumpkin

Thanks

Update:

Final drive ratio is stored in the trans!

As far as I know its a direct swap with no difference in ratios. The only differences in driveline are ACD vs non-ACD center diff and different gear ratios in the 5 and 6 speed trans. The rear diff should be exactly the same.
