How to crank engine

How can I safely crank over the engine without it starting????

I want to build up oil pressure and oil the cylinder walls before trying to start it...

Can I just pull the coils out and let them hang out?

Thanks

Yes I have searched even on google but nothing specific

If i unplug the coils which i have already done anyway, fuel wont squirt?
And which is the ecu fuse, wont that make the oil not pump?
Thanks

If you step on your gas pedal to WOT and crank the car with the crank position sensor unplugged, fuel will not spray and you'll build oil pressure.

One thing to be careful of though, which I did the first time, I believe if you step on your gas pedal for 3 seconds with the ignition in the on position, the car goes into valet mode and when its actually running, it wont rev past 3500 or 3000rpm when youre driving. I shat my pants when this happened the first time to me

I wouldn't do it too long as the clutch puts tons of pressure on one of your thrust washers and doesn't allow oil to in between that and the crank. I would crank it 2-3 times then start it as it will get instant oil pressure, these aren't old technology engines that need cranking to build oil pressure.
