Spark Plugs (Again)

I've searched and read probably 15 different threads on this and am still not positive on what plugs I should run. Currently running an FP green, HKS 272/272, spoolin up cop, TBE w/ test pipe. 28psi spike and 24psi at redline. Going to change the plugs after I seafoam it. It runs great so should I just pull a plug and run the same plugs that prev. owner ran?

Thanks,
Anthony

I like to run the ngk copper plugs, I change them about every 3000-5000 miles to keep optimal performance. You can run the br7es or bpr7es which is the stock heat range or go 1 step colder and run an 8.

we're going to assume that the OP has an Evo 9 because of his signature, make sure we specify which plugs are which for those who don't know better and search for this thread...

Yeah I know the 8 plugs and 9 plugs are different. The 8's are shorter correct? I did read quite a bit about it but just wasn't sure if I should stick with stock or go a step colder. I ordered the ILFR7H. Thanks guys.
