Blown Evo 9 MR engine. Where to find new engine?

Hey so I have a evo 9 MR with 40k miles I bought with a hole in the block. I'm looking to buy a complete new motor but can't find one anywhere. Any one have any pointers? Thanks

I tried calling the dealer but they say you can't order long blocks only short blocks.

Well that's all you need take the head off your and install it on a new short block from the dealer and your good to go. But if it were me I would just get a buschur racing short lock and put my head on and call it a day plan for the future

Keep looking around for the Part Out threads, Vendor Garage Clean Out Threads and the private for sale threads...I've seen a bunch of complete engines for sale on this forum for 8s and 9s... Keep bumping your thread and hopefully someone will have one for you sooner than later!

If I see any, I'll post up the link for you on here.

GL!!

The hole is on the bottom of the block, right next to the oil pan. Yeah I found a new short block for 2500 but I would also need a gasket kit.
