Exedy Twin Clutch Plate Paddle Hardness Problem

Hay i recently install Exedy Twin Clutch Plate On EVO 8 GSR 6 Speed. I am getting problem Clutch Paddle is hard, what i can do to make it softer?

My clutch master twin is a bit soft compared to my buddy's exedy twin.( heavy pedal ) I would say they are all a bit stiff...

Twin is definitely heavier than stock, not Mustang cable clutch heavy lol but not as soft and smooth as the triple.
