O2 Sensor Problems

Yesterday I took my car to the dealership becuse the service engine was on. The computer said that the first O2 sensor does not send any readings at all, the second O2 sensor does give readings.
What Should I do?
Should I take car to the dealer and check the sensor and have it fixed (claim warranty) or should I just leave it like that and ignore it?
A thing to note: I have intalled the Vishnu Stage 1 Signature Series + K&N replacement filter.

Hey SuperchargedGTZ, did you not get a 0139.......O2 sensor slow to respond......with the Summit piece? I was part of a beta group for Kastle's Korner when they sent me an O2 eliminator and it triggered this code. How long have you been using it?
