Fuel pressure falling off in the upper RPM with dangerously high AFR..Need advice

We were able to solve the fuel issue on the car I mentioned earlier in this thread.

We added a new-6AN hose from the fuel housing to the fuel rail and it lowered the AFR from 12.7 in the upper RPM range down to 10.5 without any tuning changes. The car is using FIC 1250cc and Aeromotive 340.
