PTE 780cc Injectors at 80%idc @ only 13psi????

Ok so i just got done with my build an working out the bugs. I put 150miles on it so i decided to do a little tuning at wastegate pressure. So i do a couple logs saw i needed more fuel so i stoped the pulls added fuel got a good run in afr 11's to redline 7k rpm. Go through the log check everything and notice there at 80%Idc, idk that just sounds way to high to me. Could this be caused by low fuel pressure? Here are my mods:

Built 2.4l block 9:1
stock Evo8 Head
BC280s
Stock 8 IM & TB
Evo8 Turbo @ 13psi
Stock Exhuast Manifold and o2 housing
3" TBE
PTE 780cc injectors
Walbro255 (NOT high pressure one)
Stock 8 Fuel Rail & FPR
4" Thick Intercooler ( 31"x12"x4"
2.5" UICP & LICP
EGR deleted w/ Block off Plate

Thats everything I can think of that is power related. But logicaly if 780cc injectors are at 80%idc that puts me at or over 300whp at only 13psi. And yes they are PTE 780cc injectors I even looked up the numbers on them to be 100% sure

Im thinking of rewiring the walbro and doing the pressure mod to it any thoughts?

What kind of airflow lbs/min or load value are you seeing? 2.4 should gain quite a bit of airflow over a 2.0. I don't think the IDC% means a lot as I've heard of people on here seeing 120-130%. It does sound odd though with that size of injector if you're on gasoline.

Straight 93 pump. Before i built it and did the head swap at 22psi i was only seeing 64%Idc. I mean **** if i really gained that much hp thats great! But sense im only at 13psi im worried that the fuel pressure is dropping so the injectors have to stay open longer, making the idc 80%. I didnt log lbs/min. Max load is 200, with a 2byte mod

Why aren't you just checking your fuel pressure instead of wondering about it?

make sure your vacuum reference to the FPR is connected. If it's the stock setup with the factory solenoid... make sure the solenoid is connected as well.

Thanks man you gave me and idea lol. I had checked before to make sure it was connected and it was but the line from the manifold to the fpr seems to be clogged. I can barely blow through it. So im gonna replace the line and hopefully thats all it is.

double check to make sure you ecuflash scale match your evoscan scaling sounds dumb but ive made the mistake about 4 times!

Did you have to change your tune? If your fuel pressure is off, your IDC wouldn't have changed unless you changed it, it's not like your ECU keeps track of fuel pressure and compensates for it -- it assumes it's where it's supposed to be.

A load of 200 is pretty low, so you're not flowing a lot of air.

The scaling setting in evoscan has nothing to do with logging IDC. That's for calculating fuel mileage, calculated load, etc.
