best filtering filter

I wanna know what's the best filtering filter...I've been doing some searching and all could find is the best intake..but i wanna know what keeps the most dirt out..i have a jmf intake and i need a new intake filter...i also took apart my intercooler set up and the pipes were pretty damn dirty..so i cleaned the pipes with brake cleaner and the intercooler with gasoline..i wanna try and keep the engine itself free from any debris and dirt...i had a k&n filter..I'm not too worried about any power gains so thanks!

A drop-in filter that promises more HP does this by being less restrictive. In other words, less filtration. To maintain filtration and also be less restrictive you have to go big.

I believe the apexi power flow funnel intake has been tested to be the best filtering air filter with the HKS smf being the worst.
