Replace the O Ring. Undo the screw and a little plug will pop out. The O ring dries up and doesn't seal worth a ****. You should probably do shaft seals and the BISS O ring while you're at it. They all leak.

Ok. Where can I find this O-ring? From what I've read in the last hour, it's an unconventional size and hard to obtain at regular. Has anyone else bought just this o-ring, and if so, where?

Contact Mil Spec or Buschur or MAPerformance and they should be able to help you out. I think Mil Spec sells the o-ring seal, check out their website, www.mil-spec.org

I found a set of o-rings that Home Depot sells that works. Held 25psi in a boost leak test perfectly fine:

http://www.homedepot.com/p/DANCO-40-...6754/100579460 (the real ones do not look like the donut that the image depicts)

I'm not sure how long it'll last since it's made for faucets, but I have yet to find the right size anywhere else.
