walbro 255 or 400 ?

with my back seat out and the black lid off i still can barely hear the pump. i don't know what you guys are doing, but walbros are not loud when they are functioning properly. I had a bad walbro before. they pulsate and change noise levels when driving, and go nuts. when they are 100% healthy they can be barely heard even with my back seat out and lid off.

Now im using the GSS340 mustang pump, maybe the GSS342 is noiser due to its sucking through a smaller opening vs the larger mouth of the 3440 with the larger filters.

I'm just posting what i have direct experience with first hand.

Yeah my GSS340's that are in my BR double pumper are silent...

Yep. Matt's getting the parts together...
nice i definitely want that! We should send in a 416 to kinsler to get flow tested. I can get the flow tests done for around 45 dollars. If someone wants to send it in ill pay for the test.
