You can cut you cut open the OEM hose/crimped piece and re-use the fitting inside. Don't know why you would need a SS p/s line though.

I agree on it looking good, but why the need to over-engineer a perfectly working item? I've yet to encounter or hear anyone complain about having issues with the stock lines regardless of how heavily they use the car. Better to spend the money elsewhere imo.

i am relocating it my resivoir And my old one is leaking half way thru the line, so why spend at least 50 bucks on a used one when a SS Braided one to be made up is 40 if i can provide the fittings if not im looking more at prolly around 75 for typical AN fittings and the line.

Ive come up with something AN style, from a company i get my hydraulic stuff at.basic AN but i use a adapter to thread into the Pump/steering Assembly. I have the lengths, Fitting numbers As Per my supplier and everything else. its a 6AN and the other larger one is a 8An The company Crimps it together total cost for all the lines was half of what it would have been from chase bays.

Yeah chase bays seems like they Blow goat.

Hope you're doing well, and also hoping that you still have your Evo

For the smaller line, would you happen to have the following:
1. The length of the line.
2. The thread pitch/fittings to use on both ends.
3. The angle of the hose ends.

I currently only have the Techna-Fit Power Steering Line for Evo 6-9 from STM, and would like to have the supply and return lines replaced.
Any help is appreciated.

I just got done doing the return lines in an. I hat to he a fitting welded onto the peice that bolts to the pump to feed the pump. My reservoir already had AN lines. Coming off the power steering rack II just used a Barb to AN as it's very low pressure.

STM Techna-fit line comes with all 3 fittings to replace at the pump, high pressure banjo bolt replacement & low pressure fitting at rack assembly.

Anyone get the details for the lines? I am particularly in need of the high pressure line from the pump to the rack. I am on an evo X platform, but the routing of the line looks to be similar.
