How much to/ how to rebuild evo 9 block to handle 30+psi and NOS

Hey guys looking to find out a rough estimate of how much y'all think it will cost to rebuild my evo-9 block to handle 30psi + some Nos, pluss any suggestions on which parts to get such as pistons, rods bearings exc. I'm not looking to run Nos and 30 psi right now, but I'm ready to start modding my lancer, and I want to do it right, and have a good foundation to start building from, i don't want to just slap some phat turbo's on it and be in the shop 3 times a year fixing crap, I only want to run about 400-500hp, but I want the engine to be able to handle 800 so I don't have to worry bout blowing something doing quarter mile pulls. it is my daily driver, so I want it to be reliable while still having some mpf, any suggestions on parts, or rough quotes are greatly appreciated, I'm looking for estimates just so I have a rough estimate of how much to have saved up before taking it in, looking to stay around $10,000 but honestly money ain't an issue, I'd be fine dropping 20-30 if that's what it takes, don't care how much it costs, just want it done right and to only have it done once, and this ISNT A THREAD ON HOW TO MAKE MY CAR GO FAST, THIS IS A THREAD ON HOW TO MAKE MY ENGINE SAFELY HANDLE GOING FAST thx so much for any help and or suggestions

There's a million shops on here that can build you what you want. Buschur, English, MAP, STM, AWD... the list goes on and on. Do some research.

If you want the engine to be reliable, ditch the NOS and drop the peak PSI to something resonable for the fuel you expect to use (100 octane, E-85, etc...)

I don't know about what other people think but I'm not a big fan of nitrous on a high boosted 4g63. I don't think you need to run it . Theres so many options out there for turbos that will make big power with e85 or race fuel . If money isn't a problem just call around about quality built engines (English, Buschur, Map, etc.) and see what they recommend for your level of power you are seeking. The other option is mod the crap out of the car and enjoy it, if it blows up then drop the money on a nice built engine.

You're lucky that hundred shot of NOS didn't blow the welds on the intake

I'm neither for nor against nitrous... Done right it is reliable... Finding someone to do it right is another story...

I run 35psi daily no problem. So don't listen to people who say you cant... Its a turbo. Boost only hits what you want it to.
