Emergency HELP on Drivetrain problem !!!!!
You might be slapping the valves on your pistons like someone else mentioned....not sure though but it sounds more timing related than anything.
Do Not Drive The Car like this (purely my recommendation, obviously).
You need to do a leak down test and determine if your valves are bent or not. Do a compression test too while you are at it.
If you fail the leak down test, then you will need to do a head job with new valves (replace bent ones or all exhaust or all intake or all of both depending on how many bent valves are) gasket kit, etc... I had to do this last year..not fun and cost me a pretty penny.

Hey SilverShadow. Thanks for you first comment which really helped me to find out my problem
. It was related to Timing. I found the problem after i opened the OIL Sump and saw the balance Cam was to adjusted properly. Now the car runs smooth like butter. Thanks Everyone for helping me out. At first I thought My Gearbox was dying
