Unhappy Emergency HELP on Drivetrain problem !!!!!

Hello guys, Unfortunately I recently had to install eClutchmaster ( Not Clutchmasters ) Clutch on my evo. It came with eClutchmaster Flywheel. After installing it I faced so many problems.. Then I kept the flywheel from eclutchmaster and Got EXEDY organic Clutch and pressure plate. Then I had to change my water PUMP. After that I found a weird Noise from my gearbox. It usually happened from 4000 rpm to till the end.0 When I opened the gearbox, I found out that the flywheel from eclutchmaster ( Totally Bull**** ) Had a big crack. So I switched back to OEM flywheel. I still have the problem. No One here can find out any solution. I wonder what can cause the problem / noise. My engine compression is excellent. No exhaust gasket leak or whatsoever. My drive shafts are okay as well. Please help !!! My car is in garage and I have to find it out ASAP...
Thanks in advance

Can you explain the sound you're hearing from the gearbox?

Its more like a metal rattle beneath the gearbox. The body of the car gets heavier when this happens. Remember, I had a broken cracked flywheel. Now my question is , What did the flywheel destroy?? as it is connected to crank

Might be the tcase, the whirling noise i've heard on a few evo's on decel. Mine does it from time to time, still not sure if that's normal or not..

Can you duplicate the noise stopped in nuetral? Or does the car have to be moving in gear?

If you in neutral. And not moving. And it doesn't change with clutch engagement (ie throw out bearing issue) You can rule out anything tranny and t-case related.

So you replaced your water pump...did you do the timing components as well? I would double check your belts; timing belt, balance shaft belt and serpentine belt. Make sure there are no bits and pieces (maybe from lower or upper timing cover or other foreign object) broken off and doing damage to your belts and timing components....

It only makes the sound after 3500 RPM? double check timing belt tension....hard to tell without hearing it!

Can you take a video of the sound and walk around the engine bay while a buddy of yours (or vice versa) presses on the accelerator?

I dont think its T-case or tranny..I think its something related with Timing adjustment or the engine itself...

I did the timing by a mechanic who adjusted the timing by aligning two marks ( 1 on the engine cover and another one in the CAM pulley ) I doubt its the broken flywheel that caused the damage to the crankshaft. At first I thought it was the gearbox...But Now I doubt its something on the engine/ timing issues... Cause the problem exists when the gear is in neutral.. I can upload a video .. But it will take few days as the car is in garage..I'm quite upset regarding this issue as I haven't found a single person facing this same problem and solved it
