Don't underestimate TOMEI Poncam 260's... 
This is on a standard TME with a factory 16GHRA running 1.5 bar boost.
Current power is 376.6hp at the wheels and 355 lb ft at 3967rpm at the wheels , with the engine at 90,000+ klms.

Overtakes tuned R34 Skylines on straights at the track.
It will idle up hills all day:

I have Tomei poncam type-R (270 degree, but other specs are very similar as 260 poncams), and I made ~380 WHP (dynojet of VD) with my TME turbo.
My friend with TD06SLR2-20G (billet compressor wheel) with GSC S1 is as fast as mine. (with 1.85 bar upto 6.5k rpm)
Tomei performs better than my initial expectation so far.
