this is a new vipec ecu , plugs into factory harness for evo 8 and evo 4-7. also it will come with a new 5 bar map sensor, and a used iat sensor for I/c piping.and usb wire for laptop.. and installation manual.. this ecu is a lot more money then im asking, I need to sell because nobody in my area feels comfortable tuning this ecu.. I would love to keep it if I could find a shop to tune it. you can download the software off there website www.vi-pec.com . Yes I know.. I was told by alot of tune shops that this vipec is better then AEM.. its overkill they said..lol It just sucks people dont have experience in CT.. I know buffalo ny and buschur in ohio can tune it easy..
