Try setting it just like the OEM cams were without changing the degree. The specs are just telling you a little bit about how the cam is designed since it is one of the ways people compare one set to another.

Datalog the injector pulsewidth and MAP sensor so we can see what's going on there.

i think 11.8* of timing at low load and 1500 RPM is your problem

I highly doubt that, that low of timing would not cause the car to jerk back and forth like it is in the video.

You really need to post a datalog up. Make sure to log the RPM, injector pulse width, TPS, load, timing, IAT, and AFR.

I really can't make out anything too well in the images but I can see the TPS is fluctuating a lot. Is that from your foot bouncing on the pedal? If not, you may have a bad TPS sensor or bad connection.

This may help you take better screenshots with the items listed above:

The thing is I am using Windows on my Mac and I cannot take screenshot while using windows. I can take screenshots as explained in the link but only when I am using OS X
I will try though...

I am actually keeping my foot steady on the pedal
I believe when the map is fluctuating, it also messes up the throttle

I am trying to send you the log file but somehow I cannot find it under Logs folder
when I try to open the log file from AEMLog, I see the file.
When I try to open it from Windows Explorer, I can't locate the file as if it is hidden

I can send you log file if I can find it.
I don't have AEM WB hooked up to the ECU though so I can't log the AFR
