got a newb question. need help with clutch fork, video inside

So I finally managed to mate the transmission and engine with floor jacks and muscle. It took me a while because I was trying to be careful not to pop the wedge collar. Here is my newb question. I got the trans and engine aligned in all the way, then I went to engage the tob to snap it in my new comp clutch which I installed a monoloc on. I engaged it but not sure if I have it in all the way or what.

Before I go to far I thought Id post a vid of where Im at. Basically Im asking for some advise on how to fix whatever it is that seems to be off.
It seems like possibly I don't have the tob fully engaged on the clutch cover-- like its only halfway snapped in possibly because the way the fork arm sits it seems like its in the middle. With the tob fully engaged shouldn't the fork arm want to rest towards the driver side, and the slave cylinder pushes the fork towards the passenger side to disengage the clutch?

Could it be due to the monoloc that I just need to use greater force to snap it in fully? Its late Ive had a long day so sorry for asking such basic questions.

Where the clutch fork is at its rest position and where its moving to doesn't seem right to me.

here is a pic with the slave cylinder installed to show its position. It looks ok, do I just engage the pedal a few times and let it do its thing or what do I need to adjust?

Some more info that might be relevant:
Its a Comp stage 2 clutch with a comp flywheel. ACT monoloc installed with the wavesprings that come with it. Throwout bearing is OEM. Everything was torqued to spec with my digital snap-on torque wrench.

Thanks in advance.

Did you find the problem? I'm in a similar situation with the monoloc installed on an ACT XTSS pressure plate, OEM TOB won't pop in.

Ya. I posted this video in another thread from someone in a similar situation. I just wanted to verify I had it in all the way. In this video its already in all the way. The slave cylinder will move it since it has much more force.

A gentle application of force should snap that tob in. Push the clutch fork to the dri side, youll feel it stop, then from there give it a strong push. I used my palm to make it easier.

Did you guys figure it out. I am having the same issue. Mate the trans with the motor and then try to go move the TOB to engage the Monoloc and it will not snap it. Any trick to get it in. Did you have to put grease on the TOB so it slides in?
