I suggest to start off with full bolt on's.

-Turboback exhaust
-Intercooler piping
-FMIC
-Intake
-Cams with Springs/retainers, head studs
-Injectors
-Fuel pump
-Port work

All this on the stock turbo will net some great power and times. For reference, my EVO 9 on stock turbo with turboback exhaust, AMS Lower Intercooler pope, JMF 3" Intake, AGP FMIC, FIC 1150cc Injectors, Aeromotive fuel pump the car made 357whp/359tq on the Mustang dyno and last weekend I went 11.59@116mph at the drag strip. This was all done on pump E85 and full weight. Hope this helps man, but I suggest doing these bolt ons for a start
