Help locating a thermostat

Help locating a thermostat
It looks like i need MD345617 which is out of an Evo 4/5. Anyone know where i can buy one from? This came on my car and it seems the entire head is from a 4/5 and I have no intention of replacing it just yet. I prefer to try and find this part first.
