I just recently changed my battery due to start up issues(which didn't really help). I can get the car to start sometimes but it really struggles to get goin. Now to my new issue. After installing the battery the car ran for a bit and I turned it off and figured I'd try to troubleshoot it in the daytime when I could see better. Later in the evening I was walking to my other car and noticed there was a red light shining in the evo. Ran over to check and it was my methanol dash light! I don't know how long the pump had been running or how it magically turned on(it was off when I was last there) but it emptied the tank. This can't be good. I doubt there's a gallon of fluid stuck in the lines so I'm guessing it sprayed the whole gallon into the UICP and hopefully it ran down towards the intercooler. I haven't started the car yet because I'm too worried. Advice on where to go from here would be appreciated. Thanks.

 

DUED i wish i could help with this one..... try calling a shop who tuned your car they might have some insight
