I have an evo 8 and my serpentine belt is squealing so I went to change the belt and I tried to loosen the tensioner and it isn't tight at all so I'm assuming that's why it's squealing not the belt itself. I cannot find a tensioner anywhere.

Anybody know where they would have one and how much it would cost?

It sounds like the spring is broken. Try MAP, they sell dealer parts.
