One is asymmetrical and the other one isn't.
One is 9:1 and the other is 9.5:1.
One is called 1400HD and the other is called HD2.
One was released a while ago while the other was just released this year.
One is heavier than the other.
I don't know how big of a difference it'll be between 9:1 and 9.5:1 if you're planning on running pump gas to E85 maps. You don't want to go higher on pump gas. If it's just an E85 only car, go for the HD2 asymmetric.
