I was looking into running an AMS F1 manifold I was curious to see if its worth the 700-800 price tag. Or if anyone else has some other suggestions for a better and more cost effective manifold. I'm looking to make 450-500 whp daily driven and reliable and running a GT35R setup

 

STOCK Ported. Waste of money to buy anything else.

 

The jmfab manifold has a better price tag...

 

Curt Brown Extreme Port stocker. ~$350 and it will make great power up top while still being conducive to your torque curve.

Agreed stock ported will get you where you need to be, if you're insistent on going aftermarket Ams-F1 or Magnus V5 seem to be the way to go.

 

Stm likes the skunk 2 manifold once they massage it.

 

Curt ran his stock ported vs the skunk 2 and picked up alot of bottom end TQ and lost no top end. Curt Brown racing manifold for the win!

 

I have a CBRE head. Makes sense to do the IM next.

 

for 475whp spending any money on any manifold is a waste.

Ported stock unless you are going for BIG power (650whp+)

 

For the power level you want the stock intake manifold will be fine with no modifications to it.
