the tsb for the tranny is not any new notice for different parts. Only a clarification on the service manual where there was a miss print in the trans section of how to properly install the 5th gear- reverse syncro. The TSB just show which way to properlly rebuild the trans, thats it. No NEW parts have been made.
That's interesting BadazzCR. Maybe I'll have some additional info about this after my trip to the dealer today. I appreciate the responses and info, helps me adjust what to expect from my service guy.

Well, looks like something else for me then...since mine's a 3rd gear problem. Waiting for service manager to call me after he gets a look at the car.
Thanks a lot for that info too...exactly the info I was looking for, just not what I wanted (wanted to see that 3rd gear in there).

Update: no TSB stuff on my car, they couldn't feel anything that I described. They did document it in case of future problems...which is something. At the same time, I asked them about making a slight clutch adjustment and was told "It's a hydrolic clutch, and they CAN'T be adjusted"...I almost took the guy out and showed him the piston bolt, but figured I wouldn't make any friends that way.
