Clutch fork pivot arm

I have my transmission out and am going to replace the through out bearing, so I unscrewed the bolt that holds the arm in and the pivot arm just will not come out. I've tried pulling, pushing, heating, and just about everything and it is still stuck. Any pointers or suggestions for taking it out?

Did you remove the cap above the pivot arm? Once that is removed I just used a flathead and pushed the pivot arm up through the hole where the plug used to be.

To remove the cap, drive it into the inside of the bell housing with a small socket. Release the small bolt holding the shaft in place and it should be removable without using tools. Note that the springs hold the throw out bearing in the retracted position.
