Short shifters ..

Hey I did this on a whim . Small chunk of metal to extend the arm and wala. It did change the feel of the gate location but for the better. . Putting it out there for those who tinker. Could easily be made adjustable. Or put your own spin on it.

That just makes the left to right movement shorter correct? For actual throw it would be the ball at the bottom. If I am thinking of this correctly

Right on I was accomplishing that specifically with this. I do have a ts shifter already in place. This just compliments the feel

Ftr this is the spacer kit I run under my shifter base. 2.5 or 3" don't recall . Very much an adapted **** pit.

This is my current setup very comfortable. Center console works too.

Or you could always get one of these (in anodized black of course)

Nice finds.

I'd rather have an ikeya at that point!

LOL never in a million years would I buy an Ikeya. I would rather have the shift pattern 65mm x 65mm than a semi-functioning wanna-be sequential type shifter that can cause HUGE problems. The CAE is the next logical step and the only one over that is a true sequential.
