engine bearing problem

alright guys im gonna need some input on this asap plis
this is the deal,,,, im putting back together my evo shortblock and accidentadly I did a couple marks on one of the rod bearings trying to remove one of the pistons pushing it out of the cylinder wall....
my question is??? should I use this rod bearing or should I get a new one,,,
ps...... the marks are like if u get an screwdriver and hit the bearing really soft,,,
the bearing is brand new except for this marks......

Personally I'd ditch it and get new ones mate you don't want that in the back of your mind and bearings are not expensive in the scheme of things. Do it once do it right.
