What turbo do I have? Help please

I bought an 06 Evo MR and the guy said it has a different turbo on it. I got it at a dealer so he doesn't know what it has.

Only stamp on the turbo I can find is "N" and also "6D07".

This is the best picture I can get of it

its an upgraded stock 9 turbo. the stock has 6 blades.
yours is 5 blades so it "could" be old school bbk (before they anodized the blades blue) or something else.

correct me if im wrong.
heres a stock 9 on the left, same numbers.

boostedfilms image.

Post up more info about the car, and pics, the old owner may be on here or someone might recognize it and know info on it.

That could be it.

Are they good turbo chargers? Sorry I am new to turbos. I use to be a Honda driver (I went slow). My buddy has a built DSM that helps me with everything now

Isn't an old school green a 5 blade?

That would be my guess.

I don't think any of the BBK's had a silver wheel...

I will do my best to find out more on the turbo. So far no searches I did turned anything up.

Pretty much I want to make sure it's not a cheap eBay turbo that is going to crap out on me really quickly.

Send it out to FP to get it looked at. They might not only tell you what the turbo is but can look at it and let you know if its in good mechanical shape or not.

So in the second pics posted you will see a flat label plate with additional turbo info, in your pic its covered by the wiring harness of some kind. Climb under there and move some of that around and get a clear view of that stamped plate---that will tell you a lot rt there--

That stock turbo does have the same numbers as the one on mine.

I tried to look at the plate hidden behind the wires but from what I saw nothing is written on it. I will have to wait for a better day with more light to see for sure.
