Funny oil on oil cap

Sorry for the not so great photos (cell Phone). I was changing the oil in my car today and drained the oil and it looked to be normal blueish green color what brad penn is. Put my new kn1010 oil filter in and re tightened the drain plug on pan. I went to add the 4.5 qrts of 20w-50 brad penn in and I noticed this milky looking oil aka stuff on my cap and looked into the valve cover and noticed it up on the cover slightly. Any idea what that means or is. Oil drained and wasn't milky or foamy at all. Any ideas throw them in.

Your head gasket is messed up

Did you overheat the car?

Water mixed with hot oil looks just like that.

Consider cleaning out your radiator and changing gasket.

It is emulsified oil and water. There's water in the cooling system but water is also a major product of combustion. So, without a few more details, like when was the engine last brought to full temperature, what is the ambient temperature, how effective is the crankcase venting, what fuel is being used and is the radiator needing topping off, all that I can say is in the first sentence.

Agreed with above post. Don't automatically assume it's the head gasket. . Does it smell like syrup? Pop your rad cap see if it's milky.

Wow, you are a lazy, disgusting, failure of person. I might have thought to provide you with feedback, but I'm appalled by you. I hope you consume water that's been polluted by someone as worthless as you and it sterilizes you so as to spare the world your perpetuated genetic lineage.

I had the car running today moving it around in the garage. Its currently tuned on e-85 and the crankcase venting is only a little catch can but the catch can don't have a filter on it. The temp today was like 70. Has killer glass rad hose and cool looks to be green in the hose. Car was just previously bought and trying to get everything taken care of and updated with everything.

The Environmental Protection Agency considers the illegal dumping of motor oil to be an environmental violation. According to the EPA, used motor oil from one motor vehicle can damage and poison the drinking water to be consumed by 50 people for an entire year. While the federal government does not implement across-the-board laws and punishments for illegally dumping hazardous materials such as motor oil, states do enforce such laws and have their own unique consequences for individuals or businesses caught illegally disposing of such materials.
