Manley turbo tuff rod with an JE piston(possibly ross) it looks like. Seems to also be a stroker setup as well.

Its possible to be an old set of olivers. They have changed the design around the big end.

looks like oliver/ross combo(guessing for a 2.3 or lr setup by the wrist pin intersecting the rings)...could be the straight beam stroker version of a turbo tuff rod too possibly
