Step 1: Ditch the Greddy Type Z BOV you have and get a recirculated DV (such as a stock evo 9 one or a dynapse DV). Venting excess pressure to the atmosphere will make the car run bad

There is a ton of great info on this site and a lot of knowledgable people. Research everything before you buy. Congrats on the new ride.

Congratulations. I would start with a wideband and boost gauge. I would then get intercooler piping and intake. Read this - https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...-100-time.html

My bov is recirculating I bought it with the adapter. I have injen intercooler piping and a intake already. My goal is to build a strong motor so eventually I can push more boost and get up to around 400 HP to wheels and still using 93 gas. My car is a daily driver

400hp is a good goal that can be achieved with the stock block and a good tune. If you are limited to 93 octane then I would suggest aftermarket cams and a turbo. Look into forced performance and maperformance turbo upgrades.

What about engine wise. My motor is almost at 60,000 miles. I want to build a strong motor to.

60k miles is nothing and the stock block can handle 400whp no problem

Don't take this the wrong way. But judging by the amount of knowledge you have already displayed I would recommend calling a shop and telling them your goals. The 4g63 is a very stout motor. In stock form they have made over 700whp.

Building your motor for 400whp is a waste of time and money. Although if you do build it now, when 400whp starts to feel slow you will already have a built motor and not have to worry about that.

I say just slowly build up the motor first. Cams or a Turbo. A stock block Evo with a decent size turbo is fast enough. Then when you want go all out and build it
