Clutch feels notchy/sticky all of a sudden

Clutch feels notchy/sticky all of a sudden
Sorry if this is a common question,
A couple of days ago my clutch pedal all of a sudden started feeling notchy right before it compresses all the way. Right before it touches the floor the pressure will change and it sticks a little bit. Really annoying feeling and it's bothering me a lot when I drive. Any ideas about what it could be? Car has 103k miles, and i've owned it for 1.5 years. Everything still shifts smoothly and the clutch is not slipping.
