I read that Mitsu's 04" WRC evo 8 based Lancer utilizes a 34mm Turbine restrictor to improve the power and torque curve. Any tuners here experimented with that?

pretty sure all the wrc cars have turbo inlet restrictors as per the rules to limit horsepower down to around 300. similar to NASCAR using a restrictor plate at their big tracks to limit power.
