When releasing my clutch whilst downshifting, I can hear a whining noise. Now this only happens when im changing down gears and when the pedal is at the pivot point. I can pull through all gears and give the car hell and nothing happens so im pretty sure the clutch is not slipping and at idle there is no throw out bearing noise, gears are all smooth..

really scratching my head...

 

Also I have had a clutch kit replacment by the previous owner no more then 5000k's ago, for what the guy thought was his clutch slipping
